There are all manner of tasks to be undertaken to
maintain, sensitively enhance and promote
Biss Meadows so please
don't hesitate to step forward, even if it is an hour a week or a day a
year.
As a group, and with your help, we can offer to help the Council and their
contractor with the simpler but more labour intensive tasks. This may mean
that some jobs, such as clearing cut hay, are carried out when most
needed.
Offers for all types of skills and experiences are most welcome. Below
are some tasks that come to mind and you can view the Habitat Management
Action Plan on the right.
